Dongguan Qiguang Dynamic Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (QDS) belongs to Qiguang Group, an integrated large construction company which combines building construction engineering, light steel and heavy steel structure engineering, municipal engineering, and sales, decoration and design of steel structure material and steel products.
The design center has more than 60 stuff, including 18 expert engineers and senior engineers. We use the 3D3S from Tongji University, X-steel from China Academy of Building Research, PKPM, STS, etc. The software for high-rise steel structure analusis is SATWE, TAT. Software for the complex high-rise building analysis is PMSAP. The basic design software is JCCAD, and detail drawing design doftware is XSTEEL. QDS has Steel Structure Grade 1 Professional Contract Qualification, the National Grade 1 Qualification for City Municipal Utilities Contract, the Grade A National Design Qualification.

We are a joint venture co-set up with Empire Industries, Ltd. of Canada. Since registered in 2010, we have fabricated two roller coasters successfully. One is the 4th dimensional roller coaster with S&S. Another one is the U-shape roller coaster with intamin. QDS now focuses on the design, fabrication and installation of entertainment facilities. Our welders have high technical and professional abilities. The tolerance can be controlled within 0.2mm and the quality of the fabrication is world class.
In August 2010, with the support of Dynamic Structures Ltd.(Canada), Qiguang Group was awarded a contract to fabricated a track system of 4D roller coaster for S&S Worldwide. The fabricated was successfully completed in August 2011. The 4D roller coaster is the 3th implementation of such complex roller coasters in the world, and the first in China. The track manufactering utilized the state-of-the-arts techniques in precision steel fabrication, advancing particularly in areas of complex geometry control and metal fatigue prevention. The quality of the fabrication is world class. The design and fabrication were specially detailed to eliminate all the welding, this maximized the efficiency and precision in field installation. This project was awarded the Gold Award of Steel Structure (Guangdong) Yue Gang Award.
QDS now is focus on the China domestic and international markets on fabrication of complex steel structure, this include large complex steel structures like bridges, stadiums etc., large amusement ride system, large astronomical observatories, precision optical and radio telescopes, highrise buildings, industrial and mining equipments.
